How does it work?
Pick a template, add your photo and details in the creator, and check the live preview. When it looks right, order it — we print your exact design, seal it in its case, and ship it to your door.
What kind of photo works best?
A well-lit phone photo is usually all it takes. Action shots and portraits both work — face the light, avoid heavy blur, and use the largest version of the photo you have.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Every card is printed to order and cased with its own certificate topper and serial number, so one for the fridge and one for grandma are two separate numbered cards.
How much does a card cost?
Cards start at $39 plus shipping, and shipping is free on orders of $65 or more. The exact card price depends on the finish you pick, and the creator shows both before you order. Designing is free, and you only pay when you order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US and Canada. You can order from anywhere and send it to someone there.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days in the US, counting from when you order to when it reaches your door — printing included. You will get a tracking link as soon as yours is on its way.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email hello@jumbocards.com with a photo of the card and we will put it right.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is used to place your photo on the card and to produce the print file, and nothing else. If you would like yours removed, email hello@jumbocards.com and we will delete it.
